theHUB was created in 2025 as an incubator for entrepreneurs to experience what it’s like to operate their own retail space—without the high cost or long-term commitment. By offering micro-retail units with low overhead and flexible terms in the heart of Downtown Paragould, theHUB is designed to be a catalyst for small retail growth in our community.
What theHUB Offers
- 4 Pop-Up Shop Spaces – Each approx. 300-400 sq. ft.
- Affordable Rent – $250–$340/month based on square footage, utilities and internet included
- Short-Term Lease – 1-year lease with optional 6-month extensions
- Business Support – Required check-ins with the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) to ensure you’re equipped for success
Who Can Apply
- theHUB is open to entrepreneurs, makers, and small start-ups looking for an opportunity to test their concept, grow their brand, and be part of Paragould’s vibrant downtown scene.
- To ensure variety and opportunity for growth, consideration will be made to avoid duplicating businesses already operating nearby. Final tenant selection is at the discretion of a review committee made up of the Paragould Economic Development and Main Street Paragould directors.
Application Process & Timeline
- Expected Lease Start Dates: November & December 2025
- Selected applicants will be invited to an interview before final decisions are made.
