Your service hours count towards the “100 Hours of Centennial Service” program and help you qualify for prizes! Projects may include trail maintenance, habitat restoration, and landscaping around our facilities (part of Keep Arkansas Beautiful). Please meet at the visitor Center to register and receive instruction on what section of the park is needing attention. This is a drop-in event. We’re happy to have you as long as you’d like!     Crowley's Ridge State Park. Experience the annular solar eclipse on your visit to Crowley’s Ridge State Park. According to timeanddate.com, “An annular solar eclipse happens when the Moon covers the Sun's center, leaving the Sun's visible outer edges to form a “ring of fire” or annulus around the Moon.” The annular solar eclipse will begin at 10:31 am, reach the maximum at 11:59 am, and end at 1:32 pm. Please exercise caution when viewing the solar eclipse. DO NOT look directly into the sun. Only use reputable eclipse viewing glasses or use the pinhole method to view the eclipse.
