Planning and Development

The Planning and Development office works with individuals, developers and industry to continue the growth and development of Paragould in a positive direction.  It administers and enforces ordinances relating to land use and development. It addresses issues such as zoning, subdivisions, manufactured homes, mobile homes and signs.  Our mission is to ensure the health and welfare of all the citizens of Paragould.
